We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Relationship Manager - Alliance to join our client's team through Acme Services . This pivotal role is responsible for driving sales and fostering strong partnerships by effectively managing allotted branches / Points of Sale (POS), executing promotional programs, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales and revenue targets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent relationship-building skills, product knowledge, and a commitment to supporting channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Target Achievement : Consistently achieve pre-budgeted monthly sales of 75 Demat A / C or more, depending on the assigned locations, and meet corresponding monthly revenue targets .
- Partner Network Management : Effectively reach out to allotted branches / POS as per the route plan , ensuring comprehensive coverage and engagement.
- Promotional Program Rollout : Ensure the successful rollout of all promotional and contest programs to maximize participation and sales impact.
- Partner Activation & Upscaling : Take responsibility for activating and upscaling the POS / Branches , driving increased productivity and engagement.
- Training & Enablement : Coordinate and conduct training sessions for Partners and bank employees, ensuring they have the necessary product and sales process knowledge.
- Reporting & MIS : Diligently follow and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS (Management Information System) reports , providing accurate and timely updates on performance.
- Channel Partner Support : Provide dedicated support to the channel partner on joint calls as per requirement , assisting in client interactions and sales closures.
- Product & Process Proficiency : Maintain absolute product and sales process knowledge proficiency , staying updated on all offerings and sales methodologies to effectively guide partners and clients.
Skills
Proven ability to achieve sales targets (e.g., Demat A / C acquisition).Strong capabilities in partner / branch outreach and management .Expertise in rolling out promotional and contest programs .Adept at activating and upscaling Points of Sale (POS) / Branches .Skilled in coordinating and conducting training for partners / employees.Proficiency in daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reporting .Capability to provide channel partner support on joint calls .Absolute product and sales process knowledge proficiency .Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.Qualifications
