Assistant Manager - Warehouse Operations

Monitoring and planning 3 PL customers operations to maximize the operational excellence, inventory accuracy, quality, efficiency and productivity for operational activities, Inbound, outbound, VAS and returns

Lead team to drive the business and performance

• Ensure the efficient planning and optimization of the flow of operations across all the inbound and outbound departments
• Flow up the overall profitability based on cost effectiveness through accurate planning and budget follow up and using the cost saving invectives.
• Lead warehouse operations department to ensure the SLAs as per customers agreement
• Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations. Setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
• Support inbound and outbound department to resolve the issues and ensure close alignment.
• Productivity identify, improvement opportunities for operation activities to enhance operational performance and development
• Manage customer service requests promptly and resolve issues quickly
• Managing warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision
• Leadership skills and ability manage staff
• Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided

Qualification

Graduate / MBA with relevant experience of 5-10 Years

Experience

Strong Operational 3PL logistic expertise to effectively support and develop operations in alignment with Customers
