You will :

Help define and evangelize Dell's global content vision and future roadmap

Champion advanced practices in API-first documentation, UX writing, and / or AI-driven knowledge delivery

Build and nurture a culture of innovation and excellence

Influence executive stakeholders with data-driven content insights.

Essential Requirements

12+ years in technical structured authoring (DITA, XML, Markdown), with proven leadership at scale

Recognized expertise in information experiences, API / UX content, AI-assisted knowledge systems, and / or content transformation

Strong executive presence and ability to influence at C-level and senior stakeholders

Visionary mindset with ability to link content strategy to business outcomes

Desirable Requirements

Deep expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, taxonomy / ontology, and knowledge graphs, with a proven ability to influence predictive, personalized, and AI-optimized content ecosystems at enterprise scale.
