Location : Rohini West, Delhi

Role : Senior Business Development Associate / Sr Admission Counsellor

Key responsibilities :

Contact potential or existing customers over the phone to present our products, address their doubts and questions, and drive conversions

Understand users' pain points and help them understand why they should choose Aimlay

Excellent communication skills, excellent sales & negotiation skills, excellent customer service skills,

minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Only (inbound / outbound)

Experience in converting leads into Sales and collecting the payment

Experience in b2b or b2c

has previous experience in sales

has excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.

is a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented individual.

has the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Location – Rohini West, Delhi (Nearest metro is Rohini West, walkable distance)

Compensation - INR 4-4.5 LPA fixed + Incentives
