Role Focus :

As a Technical Project Lead, you will steer the technical delivery of high-impact projects : guiding development teams, aligning with business objectives, and ensuring high quality solutions that meet timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Oversight : Lead end-to-end technical delivery of projects meeting objectives, timelines, quality standards.
• Team Leadership : Mentor and guide development teams, foster collaboration and productivity.
• Technical Expertise : Provide hands-on support to solve complex technical challenges.
• Stakeholder Communication : Bridge technical teams and stakeholders so everyone is aligned.
• Resource & Risk Management : Allocate and manage resources; identify, assess and mitigate project risks.
• Continuous Improvement : Drive process optimisation and adopt best practices for better delivery.

Key Competencies : Technical Skills :

1. Advanced proficiency in SQL & relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)

2. Strong experience in data modelling, data warehousing, ETL tools & techniques

3. Programming expertise (Python, R, or Java) for data analysis / manipulation

4. Hands-on experience with data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)

5. Estimation, planning and creating detailed project execution plans
