After Sales Service Specialist [28 / 10 / 2025]

Job Title : After-Sales Service

Experience : 1+ year of experience, preferably in the solar industry.

Shift Timing : Early morning shifts starting at 4 : 00 AM.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate solar installation schedules between installers and customers, ensuring projects are completed on time.
• Provide on-site support to installers during installations, promptly addressing and resolving any issues.
• Oversee quality assurance and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor system performance post-installation to ensure optimal energy generation.
• Arrange and coordinate follow-up visits when required to address operational or maintenance issues.
