Job Title : Business Development Executive (Alibaba.com Channel – Partnered with ALDS)

About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team for the Alibaba.com channel partnered with ALDS. This role involves on-field sales and client servicing , where you will play a key role in expanding our client base, nurturing business relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage potential clients to onboard them onto the Alibaba.com platform.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, meetings, presentations, and closures.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through excellent customer service.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction with services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Represent the company professionally in client interactions and networking activities.
Requirements :
Graduate in any discipline (MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred).0–2 years of experience in sales / business development (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hindi.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with on-field client interactions.Basic understanding of e-commerce and B2B platforms is an advantage.What We Offer :
