Role Overview
We are looking for an accomplished professional to join as a Partner – IPO Advisory to lead and expand Capital Markets Advisory practice. The role requires deep expertise in Initial Public
Offerings (IPO), SME IPOs, Qualified Institutional Placements (QIPs), and Pre-IPO advisory,
guiding clients across industries through the entire listing journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end IPO advisory including Pre-IPO readiness, SME IPO
structuring, and QIP execution.
Advise clients on capital raising strategies, valuation, investor positioning, governance,and regulatory compliance.
Manage the complete IPO lifecycle : due diligence, DRHP drafting, SEBI & stockexchange filings, investor roadshows, and listing requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators (SEBI, Stock Exchanges),merchant bankers, law firms, auditors, and other stakeholders.
Drive business development by engaging with promoters, boards, and PE / VC-backedcompanies considering IPOs or QIPs.
Collaborate with internal teams (Tax, Audit, Legal, Risk Advisory) to deliver integratedsolutions to clients.
Mentor and lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality advisory services.Qualifications & Experience
Chartered Accountant, MBA (Finance), CFA, or equivalent professionalqualification.
15–20 years of proven experience in capital markets, investment banking, ortransaction advisory, with significant exposure to IPO / QIP / SME IPO advisory.
Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, Companies Act, ICDR regulations, and listingrequirements.
Demonstrated success in executing large IPOs, SME listings, and QIPs.Excellent client relationship management, networking, and business developmentcapabilities.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.Skills Required
