Desired / Key Skills :
- A minimum of 20 years of experience in a channel sales or partner management leadership role, preferably within the real estate or high-value B2C sector.
- Proven track record of building and managing a large, successful channel partner network.
- Demonstrable experience in achieving and exceeding significant sales targets through indirect sales channels.
- Strong existing relationships with brokers, real estate agencies, and other channel partners in the key operating markets of Urbanrise.
- Ability to develop a long-term vision and translate it into an actionable channel plan.
- Possesses a strong sense of accountability and a passion for winning.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with partners and senior stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Overall responsibility of Strategic Sourcing and channel distribution for all launches and sustenance business.Work very closely with Senior Sales & Marketing Leadership Team to plan, execute and deliver a minimum threshold of Sourcing from respective channels and projects.Maintain and develop exceptional level of network amongst channel partners across the country and new channel base addition QoQ.As a Head of sourcing, you will be required to plan sourcing strategy from Channel Partner, wealth managers and other distribution mechanism (ACPs).Build & sustain Outstation and NRI channels distribution for an apportioned business for local and other markets.A minimum threshold of 50% of the business should be planned and achieved from the Annual Business Plan for all regions and projects.Plan for a long-term distribution strategy and minimum set of partners to ensure sustainability of steady partners (Distributors) for a min threshold of Annual Business Plan. Key accounts and AOP.Work closely with Senior Sales Team to design and implement all Strategies on the respective programs - AOPs, Brokerage / Partner benefits, Outstation & NRI Plans.Work very closely with Marketing head and ensure the costs towards all external parties and operational elements are controlled and managed within the budgets. Such a CP meet, private events, etc.Execution on each channel is planned and monitored very well between respective Sourcing Heads to achieve the desired business goals from month on month for the respective projects and cities.Team Building is undertaken along with HR in conjunction with Head of Strategy and CSMO in line with Business plan and Budgets.Manpower Planning and Optimized allocation of resources to ensure productivity per person is met as per the business plan.Work closely with the Sales Head to ensure conversions and efficiencies are maintained as per Organizational Goals and Business plan.Work closely with lead servicing team to ensure lead servicing is planned and maintained well for all category of CPs. Strategize the manpower and productivity to deliver desired walk-ins at all sites.Achieve minimum threshold of the assigned targets from time to time and ensure conversions at 12% avg. across. Take corrective measures to minimize cancellations from channel vertical in partnership with sales heads for respective projects.Maintain Lead to walk-in at 10% and Walk-in to booking ratios at 12%.Ensure usage of LMS / CRM and System orientation is disciplined to all members of the team.Develop and maintain complete lead, walk-in and booking processes for all channel across projects.Maintain and monitor all data for any discrepancies, source conflicts and resolve them from time to time.Coordinate with finance team for all payouts and outstanding. Ensure timely payout to all channels as per defined AOP and Channel policies.Monitor competition and market conditions to plan overall channel strategy as per the annual business plan and channel contribution plan from time to time.Develop and maintain channel policies from time to time as per the market changes to ensure consistent contribution and partnership from all partners across.Plan for career progression for the top performing members by focused mentoring, coaching and putting him / her on growth path of larger responsibilities.Ensure Ethics / Integrity & code of conduct is maintained at all levels. Maintain a check and balance to establish conducive professional environment to achieve organizational business goals.
