Job descriptionDevelop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the institute's goals and growth. Lead the entire recruitment and selection process for faculty and staff, ensuring the acquisition of high-calibre professionals. Administer and enhance the performance appraisal system to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Manage employee relations, ensuring a harmonious and productive work environment. Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity. Ensure compliance with all labor laws and AICTE regulations. Develop and implement training and development programs for all employees. Champion a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and high performance. Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership and decision-making skills. Excellent Communication skills. Academic domain knowledge - National (UGC / NBA / NAAC etc.) / International Dynamic, energetic, team player, thrives among strong colleagues. Ability to work in fast paced evolving environment. Be willing and able to exercise judgment and take risks. Accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible. Reflection of an impeccable persona in walk-talk while dealing with academia High spiritual quotient (Social quotient -SQ, Intelligence quotient - IQ, Emotional Quotient - EQ) A postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration (MBA in HR), or a related field from a recognized university. A minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in the higher education sector is highly desirable. A thorough understanding of statutory compliance, and AICTE norms. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
