Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Lead ServiceNow Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Security Operations (SecOps) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules along with ITSM module.

This role involves leading client engagements, designing and getting implemented ServiceNow solutions, and ensuring alignment with security and compliance best practices.

The ideal candidate will have strong functional consulting skills, a solid understanding of ITIL v4 processes, and proven experience in delivering enterprise-grade ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities Engagement & Consultation :

• Lead client workshops to assess current security and compliance processes.
• Gather and analyze business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Translate client requirements into effective ServiceNow functional & technical solutions.

Functional Skills Skills & Qualifications :

Education : Bachelors (mandatory) or Masters degree (MBA is preferred) in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience : At least 10 years of overall experience in ServiceNow functional consulting with at least 5+ years on SecOps & IRM modules (mandatory) along with ITSM module.

Certifications : ServiceNow CIS (SecOps & IRM), CSA and ITIL Intermediate / Expert (preferred).
