Fulltime permanent teaching position

Position of Responsibility - Level 2

Commencing 1 February 2026 and concluding 31 January 2028

The Neighbourhood Coordinator works in a team of 3 to support the Head of Year level (e.g. Head of Year 7) and is a member of the Flinders Park Wellbeing Team.

They are responsible for overseeing a neighbourhood of students and Mentor Group teachers, monitoring and tracking academic and wellbeing progress, and fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive neighbourhood culture.

In collaboration with the Head of the Year Level, the Neighbourhood Coordinator will communicate with families to keep them informed about student performance, achievements, and behaviour.
