Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Oracle HCM Fusion Support team
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to other team members
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of support tickets and issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve system performance and user experience
  • Develop and maintain support processes and documentation
  • Train and mentor support staff
  • Stay current with Oracle HCM Fusion updates and best practices
  • Work Closely with International HR teams & Act as a dedicated international HRIS support
