Responsibilities :
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Oracle HCM Fusion Support team
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to other team members
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of support tickets and issues
- Collaborate with other departments to improve system performance and user experience
- Develop and maintain support processes and documentation
- Train and mentor support staff
- Stay current with Oracle HCM Fusion updates and best practices
- Work Closely with International HR teams & Act as a dedicated international HRIS support
