Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Associate at Hyatt Ahmedabad. The Front Office Associate will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, customer service, check-ins, and effective communication with guests.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Experience in Receptionist Duties and Customer Service
• Check-in procedures knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
