UX Designer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create user-centered designs.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.

Develop and maintain a consistent design system and UI components.

Translate complex workflows and features into simple, intuitive interfaces.

Advocate for the user at every stage of the product lifecycle.

Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business objectives.

Requirements

4–6 years of experience as a UX Designer or Product Designer .

Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Knowledge of user research methodologies , usability testing, and analytics.

Understanding of UI design principles , responsive design, and accessibility standards.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Prior experience in consumer internet, OTT, or product-focused startups is a plus.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UX or product design.

Strong user-centered design approach with attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
