HNI Service Team (Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu)
Experience : 3–6 years
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the dedicated point of contact for High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships by providing personalized services in regional languages (Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu).
- Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across equities, derivatives, MFs, and wealth products.
- Generate referrals from satisfied HNI clients and convert them into new business opportunities.
- Handle portfolio reviews, trading-related assistance, and investment advisory coordination.
- Ensure best-in-class client servicing with quick resolution of escalations.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Sales, and Product Teams to maximize client wallet share.
Requirements :
Strong communication skills in English and at least one regional language (Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu).Proven experience in client servicing with revenue / KPI targets (BFSI / Wealth Management / Broking preferred).Sound understanding of capital markets, trading platforms, and financial products.Strong relationship management and networking ability.Result-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue generation and referrals.Performance Metrics :
Revenue contribution from HNI clients.Number of client referrals generated.Client satisfaction and retention rate.
