Position Details :

• Qualification : Degree / Diploma in MLT, DMLT, or B.Sc.-MLT.

• Salary Range : 2,50,000
• – 3,00,000

Required Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or equivalent paramedical qualification

Strong understanding of OPD / IPD workflows, surgical terms, and diagnostic procedures

Familiarity with LOINC, CPT, ICD codes and other medical classification systems

Basic proficiency in Excel and data handling tools

Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or insurance domain preferred

Ideal candidates will have a background in medicine or allied health sciences and a strong grasp of pathology, radiology, and surgical terminology, combined with basic data handling skills.

Assist in creating and updating medical service catalogues including OPD, IPD, surgical procedures, and diagnostics

Familiarity with market rates for medical procedures and diagnostics

Map medical tests and procedures to standardized codes such as LOINC and CPT

Validate and classify medical items using correct terminology and coding standards

Support fraud detection checks through clinical insight

Maintain data accuracy across catalogue platforms and internal systems

Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or insurance domain preferred

Preferred Skills

Experience in catalogue management or medical data curation

Knowledge of hospital billing systems and pricing structures

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills

Ability to work cross-functionally with clinical and non-clinical teams
