Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with a substantial portion in agency environments. Demonstrable experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns for various industries and verticals. Strong command of digital marketing tools / platforms : Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, email marketing software, SEO tools, and CMS platforms. Certifications (optional but valued) : Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or Digital Marketing certifications. Proficient in managing and motivating diverse teams; excellent communication, strategic thinking, and analytical skills. Ability to handle multiple projects, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under tight deadlines.
Job Description :
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels such as web, SEO / SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Analyze metrics, measure and report on the performance of all digital campaigns, and optimize based on data-driven insights.
- Manage and mentor teams consisting of executives, designers, or copywriters, and coordinate with media professionals and other agencies.
- Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and the latest tools relevant to digital marketing.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of campaign landing pages, conduct A / B tests, and recommend UX improvements.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets and ROI, and prepare detailed campaign reports for stakeholders and clients.
- Identify and manage relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and external vendors.
