About the Role

We’re looking for a Tech Talent Scout Intern who can help us find the right minds to build the future with us — engineers across robotics, computer vision, embedded systems, and mechanical design.

You’ll :

• Source and reach out to top tech talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, and communities.
• Shortlist strong candidates for robotics, vision, controls, and mechanical roles.
• Write engaging outreach messages that actually get replies.
• Maintain hiring sheets and coordinate interviews with the founding team.
• Learn how deep-tech hiring works from scratch — from sourcing to selection.
