Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced ETL Lead / ETL Architect to design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines. This role involves working with ETL tools (e.g. Matillion, Informatica, Talend, SSIS, ADF, AWS Glue etc), cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, AWS, GCP), and data warehousing best practices to ensure efficient data integration and processing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design (Architect) end-to-end data warehousing solutions for the customer
• Design and implement high-performance ETL workflows for structured and unstructured data.
• Develop and manage data pipelines on cloud platforms like Snowflake, Redshift, or Azure Synapse.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all ETL processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and integration strategies.
• Optimize ETL performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of ETL developers.
