Salary : - ₹25,000-₹45,000(Fixed) +

Performance-Based Bonuses :  For successful campaigns, lead conversions, and client closures)

Location : - Remote (Full-time)

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Conversion Optimization

  • Design and execute  powerful SEO strategies  (on-page, off-page, and technical).
  • Create  content that ranks  and converts into leads.
  • Optimize  landing pages, CTAs, button placements, color schemes, and visuals  for maximum user engagement and conversions.
  • Track and improve performance via  Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools .

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Build and manage  multi-channel lead generation funnels  — organic, paid, and outbound.
  • Execute  LinkedIn outreach, cold email campaigns, Upwork / Fiverr prospecting,  and other growth tactics.
  • Communicate directly with leads and clients  via email, chat, and video calls.
  • Conduct  pitches, demos, and follow-ups  to move leads through the funnel.
  • Negotiate and close deals  with international clients — ensuring smooth handoff to the project team.
  • Maintain a  CRM or lead tracking sheet  to monitor all active prospects and deal statuses.

    • Performance Marketing & Ads

  • Plan and run  ROI-driven ad campaigns  on  Google, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads .
  • Continuously test, analyze, and optimize  ad creatives, copy, and targeting .
  • Manage budgets smartly to achieve the best cost per lead and conversion rates.

    • Social Media & Brand Management

  • Build and grow Vynce Digital’s brand presence on  LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter / X .
  • Create engaging content calendars aligned with our brand tone and goals.
  • Write compelling posts, reels, and stories that drive engagement and inquiries.

    • Analytics & Reporting

  • Track  marketing KPIs  (traffic, leads, conversion rates, ROI).
  • Prepare regular reports and present insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Identify new  growth opportunities, channels, and collaborations .

    • Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years  of proven experience in  digital marketing, lead generation, and client acquisition .
  • Expert-level SEO skills  — keyword strategy, content ranking, and conversion optimization.
  • Hands-on experience  with ad campaigns on  Google, Meta, and LinkedIn .
  • Strong background in  lead nurturing, email outreach, and deal closing .
  • Excellent  English communication skills  (writing, speaking, and client interaction).
  • Understanding of  UI / UX marketing psychology  (color use, layout, call-to-action placement).
  • Confident handling  international client communication  via email, LinkedIn, and Zoom.

    Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with  CRM tools  (HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive).
  • Comfortable using  Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools  for creatives.
  • Previous experience  pitching and closing B2B international clients .
  • Knowledge of  email marketing automation  (Mailchimp, Lemlist, etc.).
  • Understanding of  international markets  (US, UK, Middle East).
