As a market leader, we at E+G India are looking for a dedicated individual to be a part of a dynamic logistics team supporting the company's sales activities and its customers.
What will you do?
1. Order Planning & Scheduling
- Review all confirmed Sales Orders in Business Central (BC) daily and plan warehouse shipments accordingly.
- Prioritize dispatches based on customer urgency, stock availability, and transport schedules.
- Coordinate with Purchase / Import teams for expected inward timelines to align dispatch plans.
- Monitor backorders and partial deliveries; ensure systematic planning and communication to Sales.
- Coordinate with warehouse team and ensure smooth outbound shipments and customer communication
- Creating ASN on Customer Portal for our shipments
- Manage assembly orders
2. Dispatch Management
Manage pick list generation, packing accuracy, and shipment readiness.Ensure coordination with the Shipping Team to maintain 24-hour clearance for outgoing shipments.Create and Validate dispatch documents (invoices, e-way bills, packing lists, labels) before handover.Track consignments and follow up with logistics partners for timely deliveries.3. ERP & Process Control
Operate within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business CentralEnsure accuracy in shipping and warehouse operationsIdentify gaps and recommend process optimizations for speed and accuracy.4. Reporting & Analysis
Maintain daily dispatch MIS : orders planned, dispatched, pending, and reasons for delay.Track courier / transporter performance (TAT, damages, rejections).Support monthly reviews with dispatch KPIs such as lines shipped per day, error rate, and turnaround time.What can you expect :

Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics / OperationsCollege diploma / degree in related fieldExperience of working with ERP, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Navision / Business CentralExcellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentStrong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, OutlookIndustry -
