About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer with strong functional testing expertise and hands-on experience in Salesforce / CRM environments. The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of test case design, database validation, and end-to-end testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive functional and regression testing for Salesforce / CRM applications.
• Design, write, and execute detailed test cases and ensure full test coverage.
• Conduct database testing using SQL to validate data integrity and backend processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, log, and track defects throughout the defect life cycle.
• Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of testing deliverables.
• Provide clear testing reports and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
