Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our Non-IT hiring function. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role, responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including campus hiring, stakeholder management, and strategic sourcing. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in handling mid to senior-level hiring in Non-IT domains.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing to onboarding for Non-IT roles across multiple functions.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and deliver effective hiring strategies.
- Drive campus hiring initiatives including campus connects, pre-placement talks, and fresher hiring drives.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with business heads and leadership teams.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire and candidate experience.
- Use innovative sourcing methods including social media, networking, employee referrals, and job portals.
- Manage offer negotiations and onboarding while ensuring compliance with internal HR policies.
- Track and present recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, offer-to-join ratio).
- Stay updated with industry hiring trends and competitor analysis.
Qualifications & Skills :
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.Total experience should 10+ yrs and 6–10 years of relevant and strong experience in Non-IT recruitment.Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.Hands-on experience in campus hiring.Strong stakeholder and business management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently in an IC role with high ownership.
