EH&S (Environment, Health & Safety)

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the single point of contact between the EH&S business function and IT.

Manage EH&S-related IT projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to delivery.

Perform business analysis, translating EH&S business needs into IT requirements and solutions.

Act as Service Manager for EH&S applications and platforms, ensuring stability, compliance, and usability.

Oversee incident, request, and release management activities for EH&S applications.

Collaborate with global process owners to ensure alignment of local needs with global standards.

Coordinate enhancements, upgrades, and integrations of EH&S solutions within the enterprise landscape.

Monitor service performance and ensure SLA adherence.

Provide governance and compliance oversight to ensure EH&S applications meet regulatory requirements.

Support change management and adoption of EH&S tools across business units.

Required Skills & Experience :

10–15 years of experience in IT business partnering, business analysis, or service management.

Strong knowledge of EH&S processes and supporting IT systems (SAP EH&S, Enablon, or similar platforms).

Experience in project management (end-to-end IT project lifecycle).

Good understanding of ITIL practices (incident, change, release, and problem management).

Hands-on experience with service and vendor management.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to bridge IT and business functions.

Experience working in global environments with multiple business units and process owners.

Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for EH&S systems.

Preferred :

Exposure to SAP S / 4HANA EH&S or related modules.

ITIL, PMP, or BA certifications.

Experience in integration of EH&S tools with ERP and reporting platforms.
