• Key Responsibilities :
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and monitor project progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Interpret and review technical drawings and plans.
• Prepare daily / weekly progress reports and communicate updates to management.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and providing on-site solutions.
• Manage site resources including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure safety protocols and procedures are followed on-site.
• Attend site meetings and provide input on construction methodologies.
• Perform site inspections and quality assurance checks.
• Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.
• Working Conditions :
• Primarily site-based with occasional office work.
• May require extended hours or weekend work based on project deadlines.
• Exposure to outdoor environments and construction hazards (PPE provided).
