[3 Days Left] Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital hiring, preferably from the media, advertising, or digital-first industries. This role requires hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Prerequisites :

• Bachelors / Masters degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the media, advertising, or digital marketing industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital roles and industry-specific skill sets.
• Experience in handling mid to senior-level hiring mandates.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS platforms).
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
