Position : Manager / Sr. Manager – CFS Service Sales
Location : Ahmedabad
Business Unit : Building Technologies & Solutions
What You Will Do
As a Manager / Sr. Manager – CFS Service Sales, you will be responsible for driving service sales across West India for Controls (BMS), Fire Detection & Suppression, and Security Systems. You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver tailored solutions, meet sales targets, and grow our service business.
How You Will Do It
- Lead service sales for systems including Access Control, CCTV, Fire Detection (Conventional / Addressable), BMS, Fire Suppression (Gas-based), VESDA, Water Leak Detection, Rodent Repellent, Flap / Boom Barriers, UVSS, IoT, and Parking Management.
- Engage with Field Operations to understand site requirements and prepare cost-effective proposals.
- Drive customer negotiations and close orders efficiently.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline (5x of target) and ensure timely order conversion.
- Comply with internal sales processes and documentation standards.
- Explore new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
