About The Position

The Sr. Associate – Impact Platform will play a pivotal role in managing and strengthening CSRBOX's digital and community platforms that connect social sector professionals, corporates, and NGOs. The role involves content curation, partner engagement, data management, and supporting platform-based initiatives for knowledge sharing, collaboration, and visibility in the development ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Platform Management & Operations
• Oversee the day-to-day operations and content updates on CSRBOX's Impact Platform.
• Manage partner listings, program showcases, and organizational profiles on the platform.
• Monitor engagement analytics and drive strategies to enhance platform participation and visibility.
• Content Development & Curation
• Develop high-quality write-ups, case studies, and project summaries for CSR and non-profit initiatives.
• Curate and manage articles, research reports, and success stories for publication.
• Support the communications team in creating digital content aligned with CSRBOX's mission.
• Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate CSR teams, NGOs, and development partners.
• Support outreach activities to onboard new partners and contributors to the Impact Platform.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align platform activities with CSRBOX's broader initiatives.
• Data Analysis & Reporting
• Track engagement metrics and provide periodic analytical reports.
• Use data insights to identify trends and recommend improvements in platform strategy.
• Events & Campaigns
• Support online and offline campaigns, webinars, and events to promote CSRBOX initiatives.
• Coordinate with external speakers, participants, and media teams for digital engagement.
