Masters Union - Delivery Head

the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations / Delivery Head to lead and manage the delivery of curriculum across all our programs. In this role, you will ensure the smooth execution of course delivery, overseeing faculty coordination, scheduling, content management, and overall program execution. You will also work closely with internal teams to maintain high-quality standards in both academic and operational aspects, ensuring that students have a seamless and enriching learning experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Curriculum Delivery Management : Oversee the end-to-end delivery of all programs, ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery of content, and adherence to academic standards.
• Faculty Coordination : Manage and collaborate with faculty to ensure they deliver high-quality sessions, and provide support and resources to optimize teaching effectiveness. Act as the key point of contact for faculty-related matters.
• Operational Excellence : Ensure that all operational processes related to curriculum delivery are well-defined, efficient, and streamlined. This includes scheduling, classroom setup, resource allocation, and managing academic calendars.
• Quality Assurance : Regularly monitor and evaluate the quality of the curriculum delivery, gathering feedback from students and faculty to implement improvements. Ensure the curriculum is aligned with industry standards and institutional goals.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with academic, admissions, and student support teams to ensure the successful execution of each program. Align curriculum delivery with admissions and student engagement efforts to ensure a seamless learning experience.
• Reporting & Analytics : Regularly report to senior leadership on program progress, operational challenges, faculty performance, and student feedback. Use data insights to improve curriculum delivery and operational efficiency.
• Resource Management : Ensure that all necessary teaching materials, technological tools, and resources are available and efficiently used during the course delivery process. Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize program outcomes.
• Student Experience Management : Focus on improving the overall student experience during the program delivery phase, ensuring that students have access to the support, materials, and guidance they need to succeed in their learning journey.
