Job Description :

Your primary function is to master the art of the insightful conversation and convert soft intelligence into hard evidence.

• Become an Expert Interviewer : Conduct high-level, targeted conversations ('industry outreach') with senior and mid-level professionals to discreetly gather crucial market intelligence to support high stakes diligence projects for PE clients.
• Execute Strategic Outreach : Use proactive communication strategies (including cold calling and open-source inquiries) to gather essential information with minimal supervision.
• Investigate the Full Picture : Use your communication and research skills to vet target companies, focusing on management reputations , business models, operational integrity, supply chains, and potential risks (ESG, financial practices).
• Translate Talk into Actionable Insight : Draft compelling, client-facing reports that clearly and concisely synthesize conversational and documentary findings for private equity and investment banking clients.
• Support Team Growth : Contribute to internal training and process refinement, helping to hone the firm's investigative approach.

Qualifications / Skills Required :

We are looking for natural communicators with an analytical mind, capable of building rapport quickly and asking the right questions to get the required information.

Full-Time Compensation

Salary : INR 3.5-4 LPA + performance-linked variable component. Compensation reflects the candidate's experience, communication proficiency , writing ability, and depth of research exposure.
