Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through online marketing, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service during the sales process.
- Conduct property viewings with prospective clients, highlighting unique features and addressing all queries.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all legal and documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns.
- Track and report sales activity, including leads, conversions, and revenue performance.
- Provide insights to management on market trends, customer feedback, and strategies to improve sales effectiveness.
Eligibility & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or related industries.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred.Must be located within commutable distance to Ahmedabad, Gujarat.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.What We Offer
