The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in hiring for sales roles across various levels and should be confident in building talent pipelines, managing client requirements, and delivering high-quality recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Business Development positions.
• Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate salaries and close offers within defined timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
