Role Overview

We’re looking for a Telemarketing Coordinator to support our admissions and outreach team in promoting IIM Calcutta’s executive programmes. The role involves engaging with professionals across the UAE and India, providing information about our programmes, and coordinating leads for counseling and enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective leads and explain programme details
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information
• Follow up with interested candidates and schedule counselling sessions
• Coordinate between marketing, admissions, and faculty teams for smooth communication
• Achieve weekly and monthly call targets and conversion goals
• Provide feedback to improve lead generation and outreach strategies
