Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Specialist at MAHTO. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing phone interactions with proper etiquette, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves enhancing the overall customer experience and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Experience in the construction or home building industry is a plus
