About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager who can drive operational excellence and ensure smooth functioning across our business processes. This is a customer-facing role , so strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure timely execution of business processes.Manage and optimize workflows, ensuring efficiency and scalability.Act as the point of contact for customers and clients, addressing queries and ensuring high satisfaction levels.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, sales, and customer service.Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of operations executives / coordinators.Drive initiatives related to supply chain, logistics, and order fulfillment (for e-commerce / D2C operations).Preferred Candidate Profile :
7+ years of experience in operations management.Prior experience in e-commerce, logistics, or D2C organizations is highly preferred.Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to handle escalations professionally.Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and workflow optimization.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Why Join Us :
