Job Title :

SAP Functional Project Manager / SAP Program Manager

Experience Required :

14+ years of overall experience in SAP functional roles, with 6+ years in project management.
Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP implementations or migrations (e.g., SAP S / 4HANA, ECC).

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end SAP project lifecycle, including planning, execution, delivery, and post-go-live support.

Provide functional expertise in at least 2 SAP modules and a strong understanding of other modules to define tailored SAP solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and requirements.

Define and document project deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Strong functional expertise in SAP modules with ability to define customized solutions.

SAP certification in one or more functional modules preferred.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to adapt and drive solutions independently.

Experience managing large-scale SAP projects, including vendors and cross-functional teams.

Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
