Expertise : Strong subject matter expert in at least 2 functional modules (FI, MM, SD, PPQM) with strong project management experience with S4 HANA rollout experience (must have)

We at Coforge are hiring senior SAP Project managers in Greater Noida with strong project management experience managing large scale SAP implementation and roll out projects.

Responsibilities and skills required :

18+ years of experience in SAP with a strong functional background across modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Retail.

Proven leadership in multiple end-to-end S / 4HANA implementations, including greenfield and brownfield approaches.

Deep understanding of SAPs product roadmap, cloud transformation strategies, and integration with emerging technologies (e.g., AI / ML, IoT).

Experience in program governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment at the CxO level.

Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million-dollar portfolios with distributed teams across geographies.

SAP certifications in S / 4HANA and other relevant modules or technologies (e.g., SAP Activate, SAP BTP).

S4 HANA rollout experience (must have requirement).

Leadership & Soft Skills :

Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving digital transformation initiatives.

Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders and business leaders.

Expertise in organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution.
