Roles & Responsibilities (Quality Analyst) :
- Monitor and evaluate inbound / outbound calls to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify areas for process improvement and training needs
- Provide constructive feedback to agents for performance enhancement
- Maintain quality reports and audit records accurately
- Collaborate with team leaders and trainers to enhance service quality
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines
Eligibility Criteria :
Experience in call auditing, quality analysis, or related BPO / customer service roles is preferredStrong analytical, listening, and communication skillsAbility to handle data, reports, and feedback sessions effectivelyFreshers with a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills are welcome to applySkills Required
