Manager - Solution Design

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end solution design for new and existing business opportunities, ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, IT, and finance teams to develop customized solutions and proposals.
• Analyze client requirements and existing operations to identify improvement areas and recommend optimal solutions.
• Create business cases including cost modeling, ROI analysis, and risk assessments.
• Present solution concepts to internal and external stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• Own and manage the solution design process from discovery to final proposal and transition to implementation.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, technology developments, and competitor offerings.
• Participate in RFI / RFP processes and support bid management activities.
• Build and maintain a repository of standard solution components, templates, and case studies.
