Plant Head – Goa Unit-1 [High Salary]

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure achievement of budgeted targets on a monthly and yearly basis.
• Ensure efficient running of the plant with optimization of all resources for various operations. Ensure site is in state of compliance for multiple authorities’ inspections and guide / coordinate during Regulatory inspections and local statutory authorities.
• Work out areas of improvement in product cost, engineering cost, Safety initiatives and implement them.
• Create and maintain an environment of mutual trust, respect, and customer centricity.
• Build and maintain high performing team and culture.
• Employee Engagement
• Brand ambassador of Unichem for any internal and external stakeholders at Goa.
• Managing and work with International Regulatory Authorities like USFDA. MHRA etc.
