Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute IT strategy and design to build agile and scalable infrastructure that supports changing business needs and growth.
  • Cloud & Virtualization Management : Oversee and manage cloud services on AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Azure. Utilize your expertise in virtualization technologies like VMware, Hyper-V, and HCI (Hyper-Converged Infrastructure).
  • Operations & Security : Handle all aspects of IT operations, including network security and data protection / privacy. Work with security tools like Zscaler and McAfee.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management : Serve as a primary contact for client requirements (international and domestic), working with business stakeholders and thought leaders to deliver technology solutions that meet their needs.
  • DevOps & Automation : Drive DevOps and automation initiatives using tools like Docker and Kubernetes to improve efficiency and agility.
  • Monitoring & Optimization : Utilize a variety of Infrastructure Monitoring Tools (e.g., SolarWinds, New Relic, Nagios, CloudWatch) to ensure system performance and reliability.
  • Systems Expertise : Manage and support various operating systems and platforms, including Linux and AIX, as well as storage and backup solutions like Veeam B&R.

Required Skills & Platforms :

  • Cloud Platforms : Extensive hands-on experience with AWS Services and Azure Services.
  • Virtualization : Proficiency in VMware, Hyper-V, and HCI.
  • Security & Data Protection : Strong knowledge of network security, data protection, and tools like Zscaler and McAfee.
  • DevOps & Automation : Hands-on experience with Containers, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Monitoring Tools : Familiarity with a wide range of infrastructure monitoring tools, including SolarWinds, New Relic, Nagios, CloudWatch, etc.
  • General IT : Experience with Linux, AIX, Storage, and Backup technologies.
  • Client Management : Proven experience in handling client requirements and working with business stakeholders.
  • Azure, Linux, Aix, Storage, Backup, Virtualization, Devops & Automation.
  • Experience in Handling Clients' requirements (International & Domestic).
  • Experience in working with business stockholders / thought lenders to handle and support Technology.
  • Industries requirement : Worked on IT Strategy and Design layer to build agile and scalable Infrastructure to support changing business needs and Growth.
  • Technology / Platforms : AWS Services, Azure Services, VMware, Hyper-V, HCI, Veeam B&R,. Containers, zscaler, Docker, Kubernetes, McAfee, Infrastructure Monitoring Tools (SolarWinds,. New Relic, Nagios, CloudWatch, Spot.io, WhatupGold), etc.
