Job description5+ years of proven experience as an Atlassian Administrator. Deep understanding of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence. Experience with Jira Cloud and Atlassian Access administration. Familiarity with Scriptrunner, Automation for Jira, and REST APIs. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Experience in managing integrations with CI / CD, Slack, and other tools. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and ITSM processes is a plus. Atlassian certifications (ACP-120, ACP-420, etc.) Experience with Jira Data Center or Server to Cloud migrations. Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or Groovy scripting.

Experience : 5+ years
Location : Mumbai (On-site preferred)
Work Timings : 5 pm to 2 am IST
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer and support Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and other Atlassian tools.
- Create, configure, and maintain custom workflows, fields, dashboards, filters, and reports.
- Implement automation rules and integrations with third-party tools.
- Manage user access, permissions, and roles across Atlassian platforms.
- Monitor system performance and plan for upgrades, patches, and backups.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and QA teams to streamline processes.
- Maintain documentation, configuration standards, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide user support as needed.
