Job Title : Junior Occupational Therapist

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Occupational Therapist to join our team in serving persons with disabilities. The role involves providing therapy services under supervision, maintaining proper documentation, and supporting the department in clinical and community-based activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to children and adults with neurological, orthopedic, and neurodiverse conditions under guidance of the senior OT.
- Assess, plan, and implement therapy interventions as per individual needs.
- Cooperate and work collaboratively with the team of therapists, assistants, and caregivers.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, reports, and patient records.
- Participate actively in medical camps, awareness programs, and community outreach activities .
- Support training and education sessions for caregivers and community members as required.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy .Registration with relevant professional council (if applicable).Willingness to learn and grow in pediatric, adult, and neurodiverse rehabilitation.Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.Commitment to working with persons with disabilities in community and clinical settings.What We Offer
