Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Outlet Executive / Marketing Executive who can lead and drive regional marketing operations for our pizza brand. The role demands strategic thinking, leadership qualities, and deep knowledge of the food & beverage industry to ensure consistent growth of outlets, strong market visibility, and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Regional Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to regional market needs.
- Take ownership of brand growth and revenue targets within the assigned territory.
- Lead local marketing teams and ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Brand Promotions & Campaigns
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple outlets to increase footfall and sales.
- Drive tie-ups with schools, colleges, corporates, and events to promote brand visibility.
- Collaborate with influencers and digital platforms to expand reach.
- Market Expansion & Business Development
- Identify new opportunities for brand presence in the pizza / QSR industry.
- Support new outlet launches with on-ground and digital marketing plans.
- Analyze customer behavior and competitor activities to design impactful campaigns.
- Operational Excellence
- Work closely with outlet managers to ensure marketing initiatives directly impact sales.
- Train outlet staff on brand promotion and customer engagement practices.
- Monitor ROI of marketing activities and provide monthly performance reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Business.5+ years of marketing leadership experience in the Pizza / QSR / Food & Beverage industry (mandatory).Proven track record in regional marketing and outlet growth management .Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work under tight timelines.Creative, data-driven, and result-oriented mindset.Skills Required
