About the Role
We are hiring a AM - Tender management to support tender and bid-related activities. The role requires strong financial analysis skills, data extraction from enterprise systems, and cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate and timely bid submissions.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse and interpret
P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports .
Extract & validate financial data from ERP systems (AMS-Emerge, SARB, SAIBA, JDE).
Collaborate with Finance, HR, Compliance & Claims teams for
bid due diligence .
Compile, format, and upload bid-related data to portals.
Ensure compliance with internal and external audit standards.
Requirements
Inter CA or MBA (Finance).
5–7 years’ experience in
financial analysis
within insurance, banking, or consulting.
Hands-on experience with
tender / RFP / bidding processes .
Strong
Excel skills ; Power BI exposure preferred.
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
