The Role-
We're looking for a high-performing IIT / IIM graduate (2-4 years) who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution. This is not just an assistant role - it's a strategic leadership Market & Business Responsibilities -
- Identify niche offerings by staying ahead of market trends.
KPI : Deliver validated opportunity reports on a weekly basis. - Strategize positioning for differentiation and impact.
KPI : Create positioning frameworks for all offerings within 7 days of validation.
Build and strengthen the division's competitive advantage through insights.KPI : Develop competitive benchmarking reports before GTM launch.
Conduct strategic competitive landscape analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.KPI : Deliver comprehensive competitor benchmarking reports for all offerings before GTM launch.
Collaborate with Product and Tech teams for market alignment.KPI : Ensure zero major gaps in product-market fit via fortnightly alignment sessions.
Partner with the Sales to design and execute GTM strategies.KPI : Deliver GTM plans within 15 days of offering approval.
Design revenue models and pricing strategies for new offerings.KPI : Submit ROI-driven revenue models before launch.
Sales & Business Development Responsibilities
Drive business development initiatives by identifying potential clients and strategic partnerships.KPI : Generate a minimum of 5 qualified leads per month.
Own the sales pipeline planning and tracking for AI / ML offerings to ensure predictable growth.KPI : Maintain accurate pipeline reports with >90% forecast accuracy.
Develop and execute client acquisition strategies and conversion plans.KPI : Achieve conversion targets as per quarterly goals.
Lead proposal creation and client presentations for strategic deals and high-value opportunities.KPI : Deliver 100% compliant proposals within deadlines.
Manage end-to-end customer bid processes, including RFP / RFQ documentation and compliance.KPI : Ensure zero bid submission delays and 100% compliance.
Oversee Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal processes, including product / service listings and compliance.KPI : Maintain active listings and timely participation in relevant bids.
Track and evaluate government tenders and procurement opportunities relevant to AI / ML offerings.KPI : Submit responses for all qualified tenders within timelines.
Lead contract negotiation processes to align with organizational revenue goals.KPI : Secure agreements with optimal margins and compliance.
AI / ML & Emerging Tech
Lead AI / ML market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity discovery.KPI : Publish weekly AI / ML trend reports and recommend briefs to MD and CIO.
Evaluate Generative AI frameworks and emerging technologies for product innovation.KPI : Provide tech evaluation reports for at least 2 frameworks per quarter.
Leadership Support
Act as a strategic thought bridge to leadership on key business and AI initiatives.Drive cross-functional execution, prepare reports, and manage leadership communications.KPI : Maintain 95% on-time delivery of leadership reports and project milestones.
What You'll Bring -
Graduate / Postgraduate from IIT / IIM (or equivalent premier institute).2-4 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or product research - ideally within tech or AI.Preferred understanding of AI & GenAI frameworks (GPT, LLaMA, LangChain, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs, etc.).Knowledge of sales processes, bid management, and government procurement platforms (GeM).Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.Proactive, structured, and comfortable in a fast-paced leadership environment.Why Join Us -
