Business Development & Social Media Internship in Mumbai, Thane (Hybrid)

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Make outbound calls to prospective leads from the database and pitch our online certification programs
• Maintain detailed call records and follow up with interested participants
• Support social media postings and engagement campaigns (Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Coordinate with the marketing and program management team to ensure smooth lead conversion
• Assist in community engagement and basic email communication tasks
