Job description12+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on test automation. In-depth knowledge of end-to-end testing methodologies and best practices. Proven expertise in at least two automation tools, preferably Cypress and Playwright. Strong programming skills in JavaScript / TypeScript, Java, or Python . Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, requests library). Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines (GitHub Actions). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge on security\pen testing is a huge advantage. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Experience with testing of Gen AI and analytics products (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs). Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6). Experience in Agile / Scrum environments

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end automated test frameworks and scripts.
- Act as SME for multiple automation tools, guiding teams on best practices and tool adoption.
- Collaborate with multiple QA teams to define test strategies and ensure product quality.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Establishing and maturing the testing practice for new and existing teams.
- Drive test automation coverage across web, API , and backend services .
- Mentor and coach junior QA engineers and SDETs.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve automation issues in a timely manner.
