Job Description : Associate Manager – Talent Acquisition

Role :

As an Associate Manager – Talent Acquisition, you'll lead our recruitment efforts, developing and executing strategies to attract and hire top talent. You'll collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, build strong talent pipelines, and contribute to the organization's overall growth.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Recruitment :

Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for India-based roles.

Recruit talent across all levels, from entry-level to senior positions.

Implement innovative recruitment strategies aligned with industry best practices and organizational goals.

Analyze recruitment data and generate key metrics to inform decision-making.

Contribute to iQUANTI's growth as an Employer of Choice.

Uphold high standards of integrity, ethics, and company culture through robust processes and policies.

Support HR initiatives as required.

Desired Experience :

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in hiring for Digital Marketing and Analytics is must with some exposure to IT hiring would be a plus.

Proven ability to successfully recruit and hire senior-level talent.

In-depth knowledge of all stages of the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers.

A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Highly adaptable and flexible, capable of handling a variety of challenges and demands.

Strong research and analytical skills, with experience in tracking and reporting key recruitment metrics.

Qualification :

Post graduate in Management – HR Specialization
